Sports massage is general used to improve performance or rehabilitate an injury and I apply a personalised approach to every person I treat and use different techniques in order to get the best results.
Sports Massage therapy can help by decreasing inflammation, increasing range of motion and flexibility, decrease muscle tension and stress, decrease pain and breakdown scar tissue from previous injuries, boosting circulation and reduce muscle fatigue.
In the past I have treated patients who have competed in the Canwest Games, Seawheeze Half Marathon, BMO and the New York Marathon.
